Our amazing Dev Team has been working hard all month to show their love in the software they develop to make your user experience better.
1. 1Life Software
• The signed documents list is now excluding “to do” documents by default (you can still include them using filters)
• We’ve re-ordered forms for group admin by their “creation date” rather than their “organization”
• Regular users can now update their notifications
• We’ve added “started courses” and “failed training courses” notifications for users supervising other employees
Training Tasks
Our latest release has been deployed to production, bringing enhancement for the training task system by providing a “completion date” and setting its value when you assign or complete associated resources.
We also:
• When you uncheck a training task it will clear its “completion date” value
• When a training task with a course that was already completed is assigned to a user, its “completion date” is set to match the course date
• Signing a document (web or mobile) will automatically set the “completion date” of matching training tasks
• When switching a training task type (for example: document to course) the “completion date” is updated accordingly
• Online Course Training Tasks are included in the web admin notification reports
• “Completion date” for training tasks are set as required when assigning a label to a user
• We’ve fixed an error that would occur when deleting a task group or task template
2. 1Life – LMS
• We fixed a bug that prevented the user from downloading certificates for old courses that were re-taken in the document history
• Certificates for courses that are re-taken are now displaying the proper date
• As a user re-taking a course, the “recertification date” will now be updated to reflect the latest course taken
3. 1Life – Scheduler
Bug fixes include:
• Ensuring all projects show up
• When adding a recipient from the “employee list” shows all employees
• Ensuring schedules with no end date display “will end on undefined”
• Fixing an issue with schedules running earlier after each period
And now Inactive schedules are now hidden from the schedule list by default
