How to Assign a Document for Review

To assign a document to an employee, first locate the document you wish to assign within your Document Library then click the person icon beside the document.

This button will open a popup window where you choose to send an email notification, message, and set an expiry date for when this document must be completed.

Clicking the Add button beside the name of the employee will select them, then clicking the Confirm button will assign the document.

 

*note assigning a document to an employee will not notify them on the mobile application.
